- The person(s) must not be of unsound mind and has been so found by a tribunal in Barbados or elsewhere; or
- The person(s) may not be bankrupt at the time of incorporation.

A company is incorporated by filing Forms 1, 4, 9 and 33 by paying the fees prescribed for Forms 1 and 33 only. The fees for forms 4, 9 and 9a are payable whenever the corporate records of the company needs to be updated.
